Why Ayurveda?

Old wisdom, new bottle.

In Ayurveda, rasa means juice, essence and the six tastes that balance a meal. It also teaches that a good day starts with agni, your digestive fire. Jeera, amla, ginger and saunf have been kitchen staples for exactly that, for centuries.

We kept the wisdom, lost the bitterness, and made it fit in your fridge door.

Good questions

Before you sip

When should I drink them?

Morning Jeera on waking, on an empty stomach, then wait 15–20 minutes before breakfast or chai. Gut Glow on waking or 20–30 minutes before lunch. Doing both? Jeera at sunrise, Glow before lunch.

How do I store them?

Always in the fridge. Check the best-before date on the cap and finish them by then.

Who should skip or check with a doctor first?

If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, have acidity or loose stools, are on a salt-restricted diet, take regular medication, or are buying for a child under 12, please check with your doctor first. Both shots contain jaggery or date.

Is this medicine?

No. Rasa shots are food, inspired by Ayurvedic kitchen traditions and made to be part of a daily routine. They’re not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
